A new lease of life for a 1930s Oxford Villa

We’ve been exploring the best way to reconfigure a 1930s Oxford villa to make the most of the property for the homeowner’s current and future needs. The site is quite constrained, and we have worked up some designs for extending the roof space, options for side and rear extensions, and making the best use f the existing footprint by reconfiguration of the exisitng layout. As a result, 3 different scheme options maximize space, light and meet the client brief. We’ve worked carefully to make comparison between the space gains and cost analysis to enable our client to evaluate the improvements in the quality of the property against the relative budget involved.
